Shipping
Once your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If there are any changes you would like to make to your order such as address, quantity or size, please notify us immediately at hi@philipbrooks.net and provide your order number. Please note that changes can only be made before your order is shipped.
International
International orders may take an additional 7-21 days to be delivered, on top of the standard transit time. Please be aware that addresses outside of Germany may have additional handling fees. Import taxes, tariffs, and duties imposed by your Customs, Government, or any other authority upon any parcel we send to you are your responsibility.
Returns
All sales are final, therefore, we do not accept any returns. If your merchandise is not the correct size for you, please contact us and we might be able to exchange the item (subject to stock and availability). If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at hi@philipbrooks.net immediately with your order number and the issue. Please note that we do not accept any worn or damaged merchandise. If the issue is found to be our fault, we will cover the cost of shipping. However, if it is not our fault, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
